Package Delivery

Orders to Quebec and Ontario are shipped by Nationex.  Orders to Canadian's West will be shipped by FedEX.
Shipping company doesn’t ship on Holiday and week-end.

Transit schedule* : 

• Quebec and Ontario : 1 to 2 business days or more
• Distant regions of Quebec and Ontario : 2 to 3 business days or more
• Newfoundland : 3 to 4 business days or more
• New Brunswick, Nova Scotia Prince Edward Island : 2 to 3 business days or more
• Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and British Colombia : 7 to 10 business days or more
• Northwest Territory : 10 business days or more
• Yukon and Nunavut : 14 business days or more

   *Do not count weekend in transit schedule

Shipping fees:

Shipping fees will be calculate while you finalize your order.  Aditional fees can be apply for distant areas.

Distant regions :

Delay from 1 to 2 business days or more can be add for all distant regions.

Shipping to USA :

All duties, tariffs, fees or taxes imposed by your government or all other government agency will be charge to you. 
 

I was not at home when my package arrived. What happens after?

If your not at home during the delivery of your balls, the shipping company will try again on the next day.  You can also specify that you want the parcel to be left at your front door.
